MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING – All of our classes are structured for all students. From beginner to advanced, we will train at the basic fitness level, develop for success in Martial Arts competition, or learn techniques for self defense in a survival situation. Martial Arts training provides development mentally, physically and emotionally. Martial Arts training and fitness is a lifestyle, that is a stepping stone for success in life.
LITTLE TIGER’S – This class is structured for the tiny tot’s, ages 4 thru 6. It will provide the basic foundation of Martial Arts training. They will have great fun in development of balance, coordination and flexibility. This basic class covers all aspects of martial arts and fun filled fitness. They will also become involved in the Stranger Danger, Bully Buster and Character development educational programs. Building confidence, respect and self esteem.
KARATE KICKBOXING – This class combines the physical development in flexibility, combining of foot techniques with the dynamics and coordination using your hands in boxing. All combined together, making an ultimate experience in cardio, agility, speed and power. This is an excellent training program for arms, legs and torso which will benefit the beginner and advanced in training, weight control or muscle gain.
TAEKWONDO – This class combines both the beauty of the art and maximizes the agility of any martial arts. Flexibility, coordination, cardio, speed and power are expressed in sparring and forms. Beginner thru advanced will enjoy the focus development, power kicking and aerodynamics of Tae Kwon Do training.
JUDO – Balance, strength and coordination are key elements in Judo training. This class will improve your flexibility, and endurance while advancing your skill and knowledge in body movement and the physics of motion.
JU-JITSU – The gentle art, focusing on relaxation and mechanics of the body. Utilizing virtually every muscle in the body, developing your mind and body for the challenges of tomorrow. Basics thru advanced strikes, take downs and grappling techniques.
EXTREME MIXED MARTIAL ARTS – This program is designed for all levels. MMA is broken down into three main aspects. Strikes (kicks and punches), Take-Down (throws & sweeps) and Ground Fighting (grappling, chocks, locks) are developed daily. Be it for fun, fitness, competition or survival. Strength, flexibility, speed, coordination, endurance are all developed and improved in the daily training program.
